How do I order supplies and copy paper on Workday?

How do I change or add a new delivery address to my departmental account?
Please contact the UBC Integrated Services Centre with the Service Now link https://authentication.ubc.ca/idp/profile/SAML2/Redirect/SSO?execution=e3s1 They will update your Location ID, but you will also need to change your CWL Profile address detail to show correct room # and street #.
How can I order items that are not in the Workday supplies catalogue?
To order items that are not on the Workday supplies catalogue, you can use the Workday special requisition process. Please refer to the Workday instructions for ordering non-catalogue items. Your ISC support team can assist with the training. Please use this link for ISC Service Now.
Can I still purchase supplies in person from the UBC Bookstore?
Yes, users are able to purchase office supplies from the Bookstore and pay with a credit card or their Bookstore open account using the new Workday “Worktags” (formerly “speed chart #”). JV have been discontinued as of November 2, 2020.
Can I still pick up from Vancouver Campus Mail if my office is closed?
Yes. Contact Campus Mail to arrange pick-up campus.mail@ubc.ca Tel 604-822-9495 and bring your ID at the time of pick-up. You do not need to change your delivery address on Workday. The Vancouver Campus supplies and paper pack orders are automatically routed to UBC Campus Mail.
Who can I contact with Workday ordering questions?
For Workday/EWAY support, please use the ISC Service Now portal. Helen.Mazzocchio@staples.com (Lower Mainland) and Alan.Homeniuk@staples.com (Okanagan) will still be available to assist with the special quote process for bulk PPE orders, furniture projects, and special-order items not on the Workday/EWAY catalogue.
Can I place a departmental order for delivery to my home office?
No, for security reasons, orders will not be delivered to residential addresses. Only special exceptions will be permitted as determined and approved by Workday approvers.
Are all office supplies orders going to be via the catalogue system in Workday?
All office supplies that were ordered from Staples in the past will be available through the Workday catalogue.
