To order items that are not on the Workday supplies catalogue, you can use the Workday special requisition process. Please refer to the Workday instructions for ordering non-catalogue items. Your ISC support team can assist with the training. Please use this link for ISC Service Now.
Yes, users are able to purchase office supplies from the Bookstore and pay with a credit card or their Bookstore open account using the new Workday “Worktags” (formerly “speed chart #”). JV have been discontinued as of November 2, 2020.
Yes. Contact Campus Mail to arrange pick-up campus.mail@ubc.ca Tel 604-822-9495 and bring your ID at the time of pick-up. You do not need to change your delivery address on Workday. The Vancouver Campus supplies and paper pack orders are automatically routed to UBC Campus Mail.
For Workday/EWAY support, please use the ISC Service Now portal. Helen.Mazzocchio@staples.com (Lower Mainland) and Alan.Homeniuk@staples.com (Okanagan) will still be available to assist with the special quote process for bulk PPE orders, furniture projects, and special-order items not on the Workday/EWAY catalogue.
No, for security reasons, orders will not be delivered to residential addresses. Only special exceptions will be permitted as determined and approved by Workday approvers.
